Since this year has been quite different from years past, this holiday season is still one to look forward to. Whether you are looking for a Gardening Gift or a Beekeeping Gift or even something for yourself, the below items for this years gift guide I absolutely love and would recommend for anyone of sorts!

Starting with the top left and going clockwise:

This beyond adorable bee mask is lightweight, hand made and is 100% cotton. Starting at $13.69 it is available on Etsy via Masqora. I recently bought this mask for myself and think it’s the most cutest accessory.

This Plastic Flexible Tub from the Red Gorilla comes in various sizes and colors. As small as 12.5 oz all the way to 19.8 Gal. Flexible and perfect not only for washing your harvest, but also to store beekeeping or gardening equipment in. They are frost & UV resistant, flexible and strong as well as made from 100% Food Grade Plastic. I personally have the Medium Green Tub along with their Cesto Strainer which makes washing vegetables and herbs much easier come harvest time. The tubs are also perfect for carrying bulbs around to plant in the fall or even to hold dahlias after digging them up.

The DeWit Classic Hand Forged Dutch Trowel is hand made in Holland. They are made from hardwood ash handles and heat treated carbon steel heads. To learn more about other DeWit products available check out their site: DeWit Tools USA. The not only make trowels, but hand forks, weeding forks, bonsai tools, hand hoes and sheers to name a few. They all come with a Lifetime Guarantee and are built to last the test of time.

Another favorite of mine is FISKARS clippers, they are very handy when it comes to pruning and cleaning up the garden. They also make a variety of garden tools from Hedge Shears to Rakes and even Axes. I have a handful of their products and use them almost every time I go outside.

Currently I store my seeds in a old makeup box, but one day hope to upgrade to this beauty! Presented by Garrett Wade, The French Solution is nice for organizing your seed packets and even has a side compartment for your tools. If you’re like me, you have quite a few seed packets to keep track of and sometimes even forget what you have.

Discovering Dahlias by Erin Benzakein is the latest book to come out of Floret Flowers. If you have not heard of Erin or Floret Flowers, I highly recommend taking a look. Erin and her husband Chris run a flower farm in Washington State and they are known for their beautiful flower varieties, photography and spreading education about flower farming to fellow farmers around the world. This would be the third book in their line of Books, (all Best Sellers) first was Cut Flower Garden and second was A Year In Flowers. I highly recommend taking a look into all three and adding them to your library!

BattleHill Forge - I came upon at Trade Secrets a couple of years ago. They are located in Millerton, NY and they hand forge beautiful pieces that would be a delightful addition to anyone’s garden. Above are their Daffodil Garden Stakes, starting at $40, stand between 24 and 48 inches. They also make Towers, Fencing, Trellises, Arches and Arbors as well as Landscape Elements. You can see what their latest projects are via their Instagram.

Recently released Hunter has announced limited-edition tall garden boots in collaboration with the new release of ‘Peter Rabbit 2’. Not only do I have quite a few pairs myself, but I can attest that they make the best gardening and beekeeping boots. They are weather proof as well as stinger proof :) These particular boots are available in Black and Tomato as well as Kids sizes.

Handmade by yours truly, it wouldn’t be a gift guide without the Beehive ornament. Available from Kates Honey and made to order via Etsy The Bee Hive Ornament is the perfect Holiday Gift for any Beekeeper or Bee Lover. All ornaments come with a Bee and Wire to hang on the tree. They are also wrapped with a Christmas bow which makes it even easier to gift during this hectic holiday season.

Brightly Covered and Beautifully crafted we have the Wooden Crate of Mini Nutscene Heritage Twine Spools. The twines made by Nutscene are produced in their factory located in Angus, Scotland on the original machinery used in 1922. Last but not least is yet another great book to add to your library. The Planting for Butterflies Book by Jane Moore, a second in the line to Planting for HoneyBees by Sarah Wyndham-Lewis. Both these books give in great detail plants that would be beneficial to plant for our pollinators.
